CAROLE Chairperson and CEO of the Carole Holding Company with her family JOE TEE Joe, Carole's husband is the company CFO. He assists Carole with the daily running of the business. CAROLINE TRONCOSSI Caroline is Carole’s youngest daughter and is a full time abstract artist. She loves to paint in oil on huge canvases and her work is hung in corporations and private homes both on the island and around the world. Caroline also helps out with some of the office administration for Carole Holding Limited. She attended Rhode Island School of Design, Parsons School of Design in New York City and graduated with a fine art degree from Central St. Martins School of Art in London. Check out her work at www.troncossi.com ELIZABETH TEE Elizabeth is Carole’s eldest daughter and is the family’s public relations’ guru. She runs her own consultancy, Troncossi Public Relations. Liz advises on PR opportunities for Carole Holding Limited and most recently her company launched the BACARDI® jam line. As part of her degree, Liz studied art history both at university and during her study abroad programme at the Alliance Française in Paris. She graduated from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania with a liberal arts degree in Classics. Troncossi is an old family name on Joe’s side of the family. His grandfather immigrated to the UK from Italy via France with his French wife. He owned and operated hotels in the UK prior to the 1930’s. Both of Carole’s daughters use the name professionally.
